Know someone who is an aspiring writer celebrating a special day and want to take a break from the pile of note book gifts that goes into a junk drawer, being a writer I take it upon myself to create a listing of what a writer really must incline onto .

1. Now a days, nobody still uses the writing tools and everything is on the key board. An ergonomic desktop combo comprising a keyboard, separate number pad and mouse will definitely benefit them. It features a split keyboard design that’s dome shaped and a natural arc layout that follows the curve of your fingertips. It also includes a cushioned palm rest.

2. Sometimes the most effective ideas for stories, characters or blog post pop into our heads within the shower times— but we ignore them after we advance with our day. Yippee ! Problem solved with Aqua Notes. This waterproof notepad can help document the best of ideas and even grocery lists.

3. Coffee is taken into account by many as a must have writers tool, morning, noon and for a few, even night. Not just any ordinary cup but a Literature Mug that’s beautifully crafted and colored could bright up their mornings.

4. Writers are readers too, of course. We writers love books. We can’t have too many of them! And with so many books published every day, it’s hard to keep up.

Writers can keep track of those golden ideas and notes with these sturdy paper bookmarks.

5. For those who enjoy scrabbling it up, this is a great option to take Scrabble with you. It features snap-in tile racks inside a fold-up, zippered nylon case.

6. Story cubes, inspirational starters. These story cubes will prompt writers at every level of experience, and non-writers, to come up with fun and interesting story ideas.

7. Bean bag chair, could fit in any corner of the house. Any writer would love slouching into the bean bag and escape for a few hours with a good book, or spend that time brain storming their next Pulitzer.

8. Not every moment of a writer’s life needs to be about writing though. Writers need to have fun too! Coloring books are a great way to help a writer’s creative side come out to play.

So there you have it! It’s quite the shopping list of gifts for writers.

Now all you have to do is choose one………
